Thyme Roasted Mushroom on Toast


2 Tbsp Miza Tangy Pea Sauce 
1 Portobello Mushroom
2 Thyme Sprigs, leaves picked
Olive Oil
1 Slice of Crusty Sourdough
Parmesan, grated
Chilli Flakes

Serves: 01

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. 
  2. Wash and dry the mushroom. Place it on a lined baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over olive oil and garnish with the thyme leaves. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins. 
  3. Meanwhile, warm the sauce in a small saucepan or microwave and toast the bread. 
  4. Butter the warm bread and top with the cooked mushroom, sauce, grated parmesan and chilli flakes. Drizzle over some extra olive oil!
