Thyme Roasted Mushroom on Toast
2 Tbsp Miza Tangy Pea Sauce
1 Portobello Mushroom
2 Thyme Sprigs, leaves picked
Olive Oil
1 Slice of Crusty Sourdough
Parmesan, grated
Chilli Flakes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Wash and dry the mushroom. Place it on a lined baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over olive oil and garnish with the thyme leaves. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
- Meanwhile, warm the sauce in a small saucepan or microwave and toast the bread.
- Butter the warm bread and top with the cooked mushroom, sauce, grated parmesan and chilli flakes. Drizzle over some extra olive oil!
