Smoky Pan con Tomato with Anchovies
2-3 Tbsp Miza Smoky Tomato Sauce
1 Large Slice of Sourdough Bread
4-5 Anchovies
Small Handful of Parsley
1/4 Lemon, juiced
Olive Oil

Instructions
- Toast your sourdough first.
- Spread a little butter on top of the bread before spreading the NUJU Smoky Tomato Sauce. You can always heat up the sauce too beforehand.
- Top with the anchovies and chop up the parsley to garnish. Drizzle over olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, then serve! A quick, easy and nutritious lunch/snack.
