Smoky Pan con Tomato with Anchovies


2-3 Tbsp Miza Smoky Tomato Sauce 
1 Large Slice of Sourdough Bread
4-5 Anchovies
Small Handful of Parsley
1/4 Lemon, juiced
Olive Oil

Instructions
  1. Toast your sourdough first. 
  2. Spread a little butter on top of the bread before spreading the NUJU Smoky Tomato Sauce. You can always heat up the sauce too beforehand. 
  3. Top with the anchovies and chop up the parsley to garnish. Drizzle over olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, then serve! A quick, easy and nutritious lunch/snack.
