Satay Noodles
100g Miza Creamy Cauli Sauce
20g Almond/Peanut Butter
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
75g Vegetable Stir Fry Mix
1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Nest Egg Noodles
6g Coriander
1/2 Lime, juiced
1 Pinch Chili Flakes
1 Handful Peanuts
To Serve:
120-150g Tofu (Optional)

Instructions
- Make the sauce first by mixing the Creamy Cauli Sauce with soy sauce and almond/peanut butter. Set aside. Separately, finely chop the coriander, and juice the lime.
- Heat a medium frying pan with the sesame oil on medium/high heat. Once hot add the vegetable mix and stir fry for 3 mins. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- At the same time, cook the noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
- Add the sauce mixture to the vegetables and stir to fully coat the vegetables. Cook for 1 min and then add the chopped coriander and lime, then add the noodles and toss to coat through the sauce. Add a splash of hot water to loosen the sauce.
- Serve immediately with the roasted peanuts and optional tofu. Drizzle over extra soy sauce and some chili flakes (optional).
