Quick Bacon Ragu
95g Miza Smoky Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Diced Onion
1/3 Medium Carrot, diced
4 Strips Thin Streaky Bacon
100g Bucatini
1/2 Tsp Rosemary
To Serve:
Basil Leaves
Parmesan, Grated

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onion and carrot. Cut the streaky bacon into strips, and finely chop the rosemary.
- Heat a frying pan over medium/high heat. Add some olive oil, and once hot add the bacon and cook until golden. Add the onion and carrot with a pinch of salt and cook until soft. Then stir through the rosemary.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta according to instructions, and be sure to keep some pasta water.
- Add the Smoky Tomato Sauce to the vegetables and bacon and cook for 2-3 mins until heated through.
- Transfer the pasta immediately to the sauce, with a splash of pasta water and stir to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Serve the pasta with some basil leaves, grated parmesan and chili flakes.
