Curried Carrots on Creamy Cauli
1/2 Jar of Miza Creamy Cauli Sauce
4-5 Medium Carrots, peeled and cut into batons
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Garam Masala
To Garnish:
Pickled Onion
Yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Peel and cut the carrots into equal-sized batons. Toss the carrots with some salt, pepper and the spices. Drizzle over the olive oil and toss to coat. Spread the carrots on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan gently warm the Creamy Cauli sauce. Spread the sauce on a base of a plate and top with the carrots.
- Garnish with the pickled onion and yogurt. Serve as a side to some curry-spiced fish or chicken, or roasted aubergine.
