Creamy Cauli Bucatini with Pancetta 


120g Miza Creamy Cauli Sauce 
25g Pancetta
8g Parsley
100g Bucatini


To Garnish: 
Grated Parmesan
Handful of Toasted Hazelnuts

Serves: 01

Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the parsley, and set aside. 
  2. Cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water, cooking 1 minute less. 
  3. At the same time, in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and once hot, add the pancetta and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 
  4. Turn down the heat and add the sauce, stir to coat. Using tongs add the pasta directly to the pan and toss through the sauce. Add a splash of the pasta water to loosen and emulsify the sauce. 
  5. Serve the pasta with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.
